Transcription: To create this design, the image was converted from grayscale to color mode in Adobe Photoshop and then colorized using hue and saturation. Once the color was established, a gradient fill was added using a foreground green and a background yellow to create the illusion of haze in the air. This effect was accomplished using the gradient tool with the lighten setting selected. The hawk was cut away from a different photo and pasted onto separate layer where it was also colorized.
